System Variator

System Variator is a high-quality electrical distribution system. The product's durability makes it perfect for installation in, for example, tunnels, subways, energy and power plants, ports and mines.

System Variator is based on two basic components. A fixed part: the basic unit (VIC) , and a movable part: the outlet box (VUB) .

The basic unit is available in single or double versions and is intended for fixed installation. The outlet box, which contains fuses and sockets, is connected to the basic unit with a simple hand movement. Together, the basic unit and the outlet box form a complete power distribution center.

The outlet boxes, which are available in a wide range of variants, make the system very flexible. The system is, for example, very suitable for service and maintenance networks. The outlet box is only connected when needed; when it is removed, the lid on the basic unit can be locked. If you have special needs, the number of combinations is almost endless. If and when your needs change, you can easily replace the outlet box.

NEW: A system is too good to just be kept indoors! Now the entire System Variator with VIC basic units and VUB outlet boxes is approved for IP 44.

Basic unit VIC

The base unit and the terminal boxes are built in painted aluminum, a robust material that can withstand harsh environments. The base unit and the terminal box are equipped with a suspension device that guarantees accurate contact between the pin and the contact plate. Together, the base unit and the terminal box provide a great deal of freedom of choice and the possibility of perfect adaptation to each individual need.

The basic unit is also available with a junction box for aluminum cable.

Outlet box VUB

The VUB socket box is available in versions with different socket combinations, with diazed fuses, automatic fuses or with automatic fuses in combination with earth leakage circuit breakers. The sockets are located on the front of the socket box and are supplied in combinations depending on current, voltage and national standards.

The fuses for each model are located under the spring-loaded cover of the outlet box.
